Yoga for Pregnancy
This is a time for connecting with the unfolding grace of your pregnancy, and great
physical and mental transformation. We will combine breathing, asana(movement)
and meditation as well as pain coping techniques to prepare for the journey into
motherhood. No yoga expoerience is required.
Mums and Babies
Bring your baby and take some time for yourself. Combining yoga, flow movement
and exercises we will gently reclaim our bodies. Join other mums and babies as we
stretch and move to regain strength, flexibility and balance as new mothers.Class can
usually be started safely 4-6 weeks postpartum and up til babies start crawling or
walking. Please bring bouncy chairs, blankets, toys, etc.
