9.30-10.45 a.m. Mums and Babies/Post Natal Yoga

11.00-12.10 p.m. Yoga for Pregnancy All Levels
12 week course - Jill Everett
12 week mat courses are £132. Courses must be confirmed with payment by
Friday March 28th. Classes book up quickly and it is extremely important that you book
and pay asap to ensure your place.
All courses start in the week of April 21st 2008 and end in the week of July 14th.
There will be a 1 week mid-term break in the week of May 26th.
Yoga for Pregnancy
This is a time for connecting with the unfolding grace of your pregnancy, and great
physical and mental transformation. We will combine breathing, asana(movement)
and meditation as well as pain coping techniques to prepare for the journey into
motherhood. No yoga expoerience is required.
Mums and Babies
Bring your baby and take some time for yourself. Combining yoga, flow movement
and exercises we will gently reclaim our bodies. Join other mums and babies as we
stretch and move to regain strength, flexibility and balance as new mothers.Class can
usually be started safely 4-6 weeks postpartum and up til babies start crawling or
walking. Please bring bouncy chairs, blankets, toys, etc.
