actions, the Feldenkrais Method® is specifically designed to bring us closer to realising our

lessons can permanently improve our posture, balance and physical coordination, awakening
our capacity for life-long vitality and continuing self-development. It is a wonderful tool for
slowing and reversing the aging process. Maggy Burrowes is offering regular group classes
in Blackheath and she also teaches hands-on one-to-one private sessions at several venues
in Deptford and Brockley. Private Functional Integration® lessons are particularly suitable
for recovery from injury, chronic pain and postural issues, RSI, Multiple Sclerosis and other
neurological disorders.
Awareness Through Movement®
Awareness Through Movement lessons are designed to develop our internal sensory awareness
and stimulate our innate ability to learn and create new possibilities for ourselves. Subtle and
playful movement sequences help us learn how to free ourselves of the deeply ingrained habits
and holding patterns that limit our mobility and rob us of energy. You will find you can achieve
more while doing less. Flexibility, sensuality, grace, breathing capacity and agility will all
improve as you discover new, more efficient ways to do the things you do every day.
