Flow we are proud to offer Anusara Yoga, Pilates, Swiss Ball classes
and New York City Ballet Workout group classes,all taught by top
veteran certified professionals. Classes are graded for levels
to suit you, and there’s even a remedial Pilates group class
for people new to exercise or for those with injuries, or specific
physical conditions requiring more attention.

Wapping E1W 3TD
The Wapping classes are held in the beautiful riverside studio
space upstairs at the Shadwell Basin Centre, where the
boats/canoes are, just a few doors down from The Prospect
of Whitby pub. Parking on the street, Wapping Wall or
Glamis Road opposite the park.
are also available for anyone at any level wanting a class scheduled
to fit in perfectly with their own busy lifestyle, or for those
wanting more intensive, specific personalised instruction.
We also run
special events workshops and teacher training courses taught by
internationally acclaimed guest teachers as part of an accredited
